We feel sorry if you're not satisfied with your purchase, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
  • The eligible product(s) should be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.

  • Returns based on preferences, the customers would be responsible for their return to our warehouse in Asia, we will provide you a return address and the relevant information after your returned request was approved because we ship from multiple warehouses, and the specific fee would be based on your region and the express company you choose.

  • We may negotiate with you a partial refund without returning, or other return policy that is in your favor under limited conditions if international returns are inconvenient in your region, please contact us when necessary.


    Refund

    • Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed when your package arrives at our return center. We will notify you of the status.

    • We will issue the refund once we completed the inspection. Usually, your refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment instantly, it depends on your bank's processing.

    • If the package is rejected or returned due to non-quality issues, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the original handling fee.

    • The original shipping fee and insurance (if applied) are non-refundable.


    Return Shipping

    • We will be responsible for exchange if items are defective or damaged when delivered. Items must be reported with pictures within 2 days of delivery. Once approved by our Support Team, we will resend the same items.

    • Customers would be responsible for their return to our warehouse in Asia if returns are based on preferences (e.g., size, fit, style, etc.), we do not offer free returns and return shipping labels, the specific fee would be based on your region and the express company you choose.

    Order Canceling

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

    • If you’ve placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We’ll need to check the status of your order to see if this is possible, as it might already be on its way.

    • For orders that are already shipped out, we’ll try our best to make any changes, but sadly we can’t make any guarantees, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal returns procedure.


    How do I make a return?

    Follow these steps to return:

    • Step 1: Fill in the order number and email address below on this page.

    • Step 2: We will provide you a return address and the relevant information after your returned request was approved because we ship from multiple warehouses.

    • Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.

    • Step 4: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online and send to us. We may not be able to process your return without any tracking info.

    • We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.


    Chargeback Fraud Disclaimer

    • We have contracted Legal counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.

    • If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation OUR legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include, but are not limited to, reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing, and reporting to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection, and attorneys fees will be added.
